Building a system that allows real-time negotiation between hosts and guests required a highly responsive and stable architecture. Ensuring smooth communication without delays while maintaining app performance was a key challenge. Additionally, optimizing the existing Android application and backend to handle dynamic pricing discussions and multiple concurrent users was critical. Maintaining a clean and intuitive user experience while introducing complex features like negotiation and AI integration also required careful design planning.

We re-engineered the Android application and optimized the backend infrastructure to support real-time communication using socket-based architecture. This allowed instant interaction between hosts and guests without latency. The UI was streamlined to ensure that even advanced features like negotiation felt simple and intuitive.
