Ranking is table stakes.

Be theanswer.

Your buyer asks an assistant before they open a browser tab. Naxtre Digital runs the eleven practices that decide whether your brand is the one it names: search and AI visibility, content, performance, brand, PR, design and web engineering, under one accountable team.

Why teams move to us

Eleven practices.
One P&L to answer to.

Most brands buy search from one agency, paid from another and brand from a third, then pay a fourth to reconcile the reporting. We run them together, against a single number you actually care about.

01 / Track record0

Building and marketing digital products since 2015, through three search eras.

02 / Reach0

Countries where work we have shipped is in daily use, across South Asia and the Gulf.

03 / Scope0

Practices under one roof, so strategy is not lost in the handover between vendors.

04 / Audience0

People using the products and platforms our teams have built and marketed.

The capability index

Everything that decides
whether you get found.

Grouped into three practices so you can see how they compose. Open any row for what the work actually is and what lands on your desk.

Search & AI Visibility

Practice 01 · four services

Classical ranking work, plus the newer discipline: making a brand legible to systems that answer rather than link. Clean technical foundations, a defensible entity footprint, and content structured so an answer engine can lift a paragraph and attribute it to you.

What you get

  • Technical audit and remediation backlog
  • Entity and schema architecture
  • Topical cluster roadmap
  • Citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • Editorial built on demonstrated expertise and real search intent, not word count targets. We interview your practitioners, write for the person actually deciding, then structure the page so a machine can quote it cleanly.

    What you get

  • Intent-mapped content plan
  • Long-form, comparison and decision assets
  • Subject-matter interview programme
  • Decay monitoring and refresh cycle
  • The stores are a search channel with their own algorithm and their own conversion problem. Metadata, creative and review velocity get treated as one system rather than three separate tickets.

    What you get

  • Keyword and metadata strategy, both stores
  • Screenshot and preview-video testing
  • Ratings and review-velocity programme
  • Impression-to-install funnel analysis
  • Category demand, competitor share and buyer research that settle where the budget goes before it goes there. The least glamorous line item and consistently the one that saves the most money.

    What you get

  • Demand and seasonality model
  • Competitor share-of-voice audit
  • Buyer and message research
  • Channel opportunity sizing
  • Demand & Performance

    Practice 02 · four services

Paid search, paid social and retargeting managed to contribution margin, not platform-reported ROAS. Budget follows evidence weekly, and we will tell you when the honest move is to spend less.

    What you get

  • Account restructure and hygiene pass
  • Standing creative testing pipeline
  • Incrementality and geo-holdout tests
  • Blended CAC and payback reporting
  • Platform-native creative and community management at a cadence you can sustain after the launch quarter, which is the only cadence that ever compounds.

    What you get

  • Channel strategy and publishing cadence
  • Always-on creative production
  • Community and response management
  • Creator and partnership programmes
  • Earned coverage, executive positioning, and control of what surrounds your brand name in search and in AI answers. Reputation is now a retrieval problem as much as a media one.

    What you get

  • Media relations and story mining
  • Executive thought-leadership programme
  • Review and branded-SERP defence
  • Crisis response playbook
  • Out-of-home and print planned, negotiated and, critically, measured, with the same discipline we apply to a paid search account. If it cannot be tied to branded search lift, we would rather not run it.

    What you get

  • Site selection and rate negotiation
  • Artwork and production management
  • Geo-lift and branded-search measurement
  • Timing against the digital calendar
  • Brand & Experience

    Practice 03 · three services

Positioning, narrative and identity that make every downstream channel cheaper to run. A brand that is clear about what it is for needs less media to be remembered.

    What you get

  • Positioning and messaging house
  • Narrative and tone of voice
  • Identity system and usage guidelines
  • Naming and portfolio architecture
  • Campaign creative and product interfaces drawn from one design system, so the ad and the landing page it points at feel like the same company.

    What you get

  • Design system and component library
  • Campaign, social and display creative
  • Landing page and funnel UX
  • Prototyping and usability testing
  • Sites that are fast, technically sound and genuinely editable by your marketing team, built so search performance is designed in rather than bolted on after launch.

    What you get

  • Headless or CMS build with editor training
  • Core Web Vitals engineering
  • Analytics, consent and server-side tagging
  • Experimentation infrastructure

    How the work runs

    Five stages.
    No mystery months.

Marketing goes wrong in the same two places every time: spending before the baseline exists, and reporting on activity instead of outcome. The sequence below exists to close both.

    1Weeks 1 to 3

    Baseline

Audit and instrument before anyone has an opinion. Technical health, current visibility, paid efficiency, analytics integrity and what competitors already own.

    You receiveVisibility & performance baseline
    2Weeks 3 to 5

    Position

Settle the category you are competing in, the message that separates you, and the channels that deserve budget. Written down, argued over, signed off.

You receiveMessaging house + channel plan
    3Weeks 5 to 12

    Build

Content, creative, technical fixes and landing pages produced in priority order: highest-intent, lowest-friction work first, so early wins fund patience for the slow ones.

You receiveShipped assets & site changes
    4Ongoing

    Amplify

Paid, social, PR and partnerships pushed behind what is already proving itself organically. We amplify evidence, not hopes.

    5Monthly

    Compound

Measure, prune what is not working, reinvest in what is. One report, in plain language, that a board can read without a translator.

    You receiveBoard-ready monthly review
Stage one is a fixed fee, and the findings are yours either way.No obligation to continue past the baseline. If the honest answer is that you do not need an agency, that is what the report will say.

    The new front page

    Nobody scrolls to result nine
when the answer is already written.

Search did not disappear. It moved. A growing share of buying research now ends inside a generated answer that names two or three brands and links a handful of sources. Being one of them is a discipline, and it is not the same discipline as ranking.

    01

Be a defined entity. Consistent naming, structured data and corroborating mentions across the web, so a model knows what you are before it decides whether to name you.

    02

Write extractable answers. A direct answer near the top, clear definitions, comparisons and tables. If a paragraph cannot stand alone, it cannot be quoted.

    03

Earn corroboration. Assistants lean on sources that other credible sources already reference. Digital PR and search stopped being separate budgets.

    04

Measure citations, not just ranks. We track which prompts surface you, on which engine, against which competitor, then work the gaps.

    See where you stand today

Illustrative model of how citation share typically shifts across a visibility programme, not a client result. Your baseline is measured in the audit, and every number after that is your own.

Where we already know the terrain

    Eight sectors, eight
    different definitions of “a lead”.

Category context decides everything downstream: the compliance line, the sales cycle, the words buyers actually type. These are the fields where we start with the vocabulary already loaded.

    Public Sector & Governance

Campaigns judged on reach and clarity rather than cost per click, with accessibility and language coverage as hard requirements.

    SaaS & Technology

    PLG · Comparison intent

    E-commerce & Retail

    Real Estate & PropTech

    Three shapes of work
    we run most often.

Described by shape rather than client name, and by the commitments we make rather than numbers we cannot show you out of context. Named references and full figures come out under NDA on a call.

    Pattern 01 · Search

    From invisible to cited

Technical debt cleared, entity footprint built, and a cluster of decision-stage content published against the queries that actually precede a purchase, then tracked across engines, not just Google.

    Pattern 02 · Performance

    Same budget, better maths

Accounts restructured around contribution margin, a standing creative test in market, and geo-holdouts to separate what paid media actually caused from what it merely reported.

    WeeklyBudget reallocation

    Pattern 03 · Brand & PR

    Owning the branded SERP

Earned coverage, executive presence, review estate and owned properties arranged so the first screen for your brand name says what you would say, in search results and in generated answers alike.

    A note from the founder

The channel that made agencies rich for twenty years just started answering the question itself. Most of the industry is still selling the old deliverable.

We came to marketing from building software, which turns out to be an advantage right now. When the interface changes, and an answer box replacing ten blue links is an interface change, the teams that adapt are the ones who understand the system underneath, not just the tactic on top.

So we do the boring structural work first: fix what search engines and language models find confusing about you, publish things worth citing, and measure whether you are being named. It is slower to show a chart in month one, and it is the only version of this that keeps working in month twenty-four.

If you want a deck full of impressions and reach, there are better-priced options than us. If you want to know whether your brand is the answer, that conversation we will happily have this week.

    The difference

    Four vendors, or one team
    that owns the number.

Nothing here is a swipe at specialist agencies, most are good at their slice. The problem is that nobody owns the space between the slices, and that space is where the budget leaks.

    How findable are you, really?

Five statements that decide whether an answer engine can find you, understand you and quote you. Answer honestly, nothing is sent anywhere, and you will get a straight read on where you stand.

These are the same five checks we run first in a paid audit. If you score well, you may not need us yet, and we would rather you knew that now.

    AI visibility readiness0 of 5

    1. Your brand already appears in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) for the things you sell.

    2. Your site carries structured data, and your name, category and details are consistent everywhere they appear online.

    3. Your key pages answer the buyer's question directly in the opening lines, rather than building up to it.

    4. Credible third-party sources (press, directories, industry sites) reference your brand by name.

    5. You can see which prompts surface you and which surface a competitor instead.

    Ways to start

    Three doors.
    All of them reversible.

    Straight

Anything not covered, ask directly. A strategist replies, not a form autoresponder.

They share a foundation and diverge at the goal. SEO optimises for a position in a list; AI visibility optimises for being selected and cited inside a generated answer. The overlap is technical health and authority. The differences are real: entity consistency across the web matters more, content has to be extractable in self-contained passages, corroboration from other credible sources carries more weight, and measurement shifts from rank tracking to citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews. We run both, because your buyers still use both.

Paid media and conversion fixes can move within two to four weeks. Organic search and AI citation share are slower. Expect first measurable movement around 90 days and a meaningful position by month six to nine, depending on how much technical debt and authority gap we start with. Anyone promising organic transformation in thirty days is either redefining “results” or selling you branded-keyword traffic you already had.

Work with it, in most cases. The common split is that your team owns brand judgement, product knowledge and approvals while we bring the practice depth and the production capacity. We can also operate as the whole function for smaller teams, or embed specialists into your existing structure. What we will not do is quietly duplicate a role you already have. The audit says plainly where we would and would not add value.

Yes, and most engagements do. The eleven practices exist so that the work can widen without a new vendor search, not because you must buy them together. The usual entry points are SEO and AI visibility, performance marketing, or a web engineering rebuild, with content and design pulled in as the plan demands.

You own everything: ad accounts, analytics properties, domains, dashboards, content and creative files, all in your name from day one. Reporting is one monthly document in plain language: what we did, what moved, what did not, and what changes next month, plus a live dashboard you can open any day. We do not bill for report-building as a line item.

Our team is based in Mohali, India, working across India and the Gulf: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, with work live in more than 20 countries. English and Arabic-market campaigns are standard, and we handle hreflang, market-specific keyword research and local landing structures rather than translating one site and hoping. Standard overlap is four or more hours with Gulf and European working days.
